Open Format was founded by a team of seasoned technologists and entrepreneurs who have built multiple billion-dollar businesses. They are united by a common desire to shift the economic fundamentals of the internet.

Our open source protocol enables businesses, creators, and communities to build scalable, decentralised, digital economies. It is transparent, interoperable, and designed to adapt to the needs of the ever-evolving digital landscape.

To accelerate usage of our protocol we are creating products using our underlying infrastructure. Our first product to market is an AI powered onchain rewards engine.

Right now we can’t keep up with demand and we're looking for a skilled full-stack Typescript developer. You should know your way around React, Typescript, and NodeJS. Our community platform is in open beta – we're busy fine-tuning performance, fixing bugs, and rolling out new features for a major Q1 release.

You'll own the Agent API which is the backend for the platform handling both frontend and blockchain integrations. If you're passionate about decentralised tech, we'd love to chat.

Responsibilities

• Improve performance and user experience
• Develop new features in NextJS with TypeScript
• Integrate EVM blockchain (wagmi, viem)
• Manage UI/UX using Shadcn and Tailwind
• Deploy and maintain through Vercel
• Work with Postgres (Supabase & Drizzle ORM)
• Write and maintain tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
